Twin Peak Forest Participation
Twin Peaks Forest is situated in a well established forest area. The forest is second crop rotation and ranges in age from 1 – 26 years.
A significant benefit for this forest is the already established forest roads, skid sites and haul roads. Over $6.5 million has already been expended establishing permanent roading and other infrastructure.
The intention is to run the majority of the forest as a framing regime with a minimum harvest age of 22 years. This will give flexibility in terms of log grades, markets and is expected to lead to a higher IRR.
Long term combined capital and income returns are expected to be in excess of 10%.
Latest round of participation rights for Block 205 released in June 2024 and now completed.
Next round of participation rights for Block 301 to be released in February 2026 – contact for more info.

Amawiki Forest Participation
Amakiwi Forest is situated close to a major port and is good contour with much of it easily accessible by four wheel drive within 50 minutes drive of the Auckland city.
The forest has been owned and managed by a group of forestry enthusiasts who now wish to realise their investment, enabling another group of owners to take on the forest and continue with the programme.
The forest consists of approximately 151 ha made up of approximately 60 ha of well tended radiata ranging in age from 17 – 24 years. There are also significant plantings of Lusitanica, Blackwoods, Macrocarpa with similar age ranges.
This is an opportunity to purchase an interest in a forest with a cash flow from harvesting in the near future with a longer term income from higher value species. The forest would ideally suit a group looking for a continuous income with annual harvests.
Last round of participation rights closed in April 2025. Next round of participation rights open in May 2026 – contact for more information.
Glenburnie Forest – 1,300ha
Significant Scale • Post-2028 Harvest • Established Access
Glenburnie Forest represents a rare opportunity to secure 1,300 hectares under a harvest forestry right, with the next harvest cycle beginning from 2028 onward.
Strategically positioned and supported by extensive roading and access infrastructure, Glenburnie offers strong economies of scale, enabling efficient harvest operations and reduced per-hectare costs.
With an estimated value of circa $9 million, this large-scale holding is ideally timed for those seeking to position ahead of the forecast post-2028 uplift in log demand. The scale, infrastructure, and timing combine to create a compelling platform for strong medium- to long-term returns.
Opportunities of this size and timing are seldom available – early engagement is recommended.

This dual-harvest timing provides an ideal blend of short-term income generation and medium-term growth potential. With a market value of circa $7.5 million, Tokoroa represents a balanced, income-focused forestry investment in a well-established location.
The combination of freehold land ownership and staged harvesting makes Tokoroa Forest a rare, high-performing forestry asset.
