Requirements – 5 years plus experience in the financial services. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy and regular updates to websites, newsletters and other digital related tasks. We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Associate to join our team and serve as a key link between our company and our investors. This is a senior, client-facing role that requires in-depth knowledge of New Zealand’s finance sector, particularly rural and forestry investments. You will be responsible for managing investor communications, preparing high-quality reports and presentations, supporting capital-raising activities. Reporting directly to our Head of Investment. Full time position. Working from our Hamilton office. Traveling within New Zealand is required. Language capabilities: English, and Chinese speaking ability (a bonus).

- Forest Operations Manager:
We need an experienced forest operations manager with over 15 years experience in oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all forestry activities, including planting, silviculture, harvesting, and resource management, to ensure operational efficiency, environmental compliance, and profitability. This role manages contractors and staff, monitors forest health, implements safety standards, controls budgets, and liaises with stakeholders to deliver sustainable, high-quality forestry outcomes. Travel in the North Island and South Island required. Base in our Hamilton Office.
